The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Macdonnell Ranges. I loved a very appealing area. The restaurant was POPULAR for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. I could use Wi-Fi, the laundry facilities and a safe box.

The room was neat and airy, had an excellent stay with 2 nights in Alice. The staff team was pleasant and exceptional.- Remote location was a plus.- The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a central area.

although it looked quite busy, you never left waiting; service in all areas friendly. Climate setting - well controlled. Beautiful peacock in the mornings & late afternoon.
some concern about no fences around swimming pools -realize all exit doors usually needed an adult to open & it's parents that need to supervise their children, but believe potential for an accident. getting out of shower/bath tub - it is a big step over tub to get onto floor.

The units were high-class and had a beautiful view, especially at sunrise & sunset. The staff were particularly helpful and top-class people in restaurants service and room service. The location of the hotel was nice and perfect - at a moderate distance from MacDonnell Ranges.

King sized bed was awesome! Staff were very friendly! Butter chicken from bar was amazing - super tastey!
Going outside for sauna/gym was a bit scary at night. Cost of movies on TV in room was expensive.
